App Authorization Request

Option A — One-Click Admin Consent (Fastest)

Click the button below while signed in as a Global Administrator or Application Administrator on the Astor Company tenant.

This opens Microsoft's consent page. Review the permissions, click Accept, and you're done.

Option B — Device Code Sign-In

If you prefer to authorize via the standard device login flow:

⚠ Device codes expire after 15 minutes. Option A above does not expire.

Step 3: Sign in with your admin account and check "Consent on behalf of your organization" when prompted.

What's Being Authorized

This app connects to SharePoint and Outlook to power the invoice processing dashboard for the ELA team.

Permissions requested:

• Files.Read.All — Read SharePoint documents (invoices, waste masters) Read Only
• Sites.Read.All — Access SharePoint site structure Read Only
• Mail.Read — Read incoming invoice emails from Outlook Read Only
• Mail.Send — Send processed invoice notifications Send
• User.Read — Read basic user profile Read Only
• Notes.Read.All — Read OneNote notebooks (invoice notes) Read Only

Security notes: This app does not have write access to SharePoint files, cannot delete anything, and cannot access other users' mailboxes. All data access is scoped to the authenticated user only. The app is registered in your own tenant — no third-party servers involved.

Troubleshooting

• "Need admin approval" — You must be signed in as Global Admin or Application Admin. Check your role at Entra ID → Roles
• "Code expired" — Text Osman to generate a new code. He'll send it within a minute.
• "App not found" — The app is registered in your tenant. Check Entra ID → App registrations
• Want to revoke later? — Go to Entra ID → Enterprise Applications → AstorIQ → Permissions → Revoke

After Approval

Once you click Accept, Osman's system will automatically detect the authorization. No further action needed from you. If you have questions, reach him at:
